The building was always well maintained, clean, and cared for — snow was consistently cleared in the winter, and the lawn was always neatly kept in the summer. My roommates and I, who are all students at Red Deer Polytechnic, have rented from Deb and Lloyd on two separate occasions during our time in Red Deer. It was hard to find a rental as students and they welcomed us with open arms and it was a very positive experience. They have been flexible with move in and move out dates and beyond accommodating with our requests and conversations. Yellowtail Ventures has great systems in place in order to rent from them, it is very easy to navigate. I have never had any issues regarding maintenance requests and getting things fixed in the house. The spaces have always been very clean when we move in and the inspections are thorough yet very fair and reasonable. Deb and Lloyd are both wonderful people and very caring landlords! I was always treated fairly and with respect every time I spoke with them. Yellowtail Ventures has always been very punctual and professional with all of their paperwork. They are by far the best landlords I have had in my 5 years at RDP and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

'We have rented from Deb and Lloyd for almost 5 years and it has been the best rental experience myself or my wife have had! Their 3 bedroom 2.5 bath house has been our home from newly married to bursting at the seams with kids, and it was perfect for what we needed at the time. They have been absolutely wonderful to deal with in all aspects, and any time repairs were needed they made zero hesitations to correct and repair almost immediately. Since moving in they have repaired a few small things but most notably they replaced the garage door when the old one broke and put in new tile in the main bathroom when a leak was discovered and the old tile had to be removed with zero fuss or heels being drug. Deb and Lloyd are very friendly and super easy to get along with, they are punctual when they come do their inspections and always give more than ample warning, and the Christmas treat was always a nice surprise! We will miss having them as landlords but i know they will be just as good to you as they were to us!'

'We moved into our rental acreage in January 2020 and were so happy to be moving into such a wonderful home. After meeting with Deb and Lloyd we knew straight away that we chose the right property to rent (and the right people to rent it from!) as from the start we could see how committed they are to those that rent their properties. The house was immaculate when we moved in so we were able to have all our furniture etc placed without any worries of having to clean through first! We really enjoyed working on the front and rear yard throughout the various seasons and were able to add our own personal touches with flower pots etc. We did have a few minor maintenance issues to report but they were dealt with immediately. Both Deb and Lloyd are very approachable and will go above and beyond to help with any problems or queries we had! All in all we feel honoured to have been able to live in such a lovely home and would recommend Deb and Lloyd as the best landlords ever!

I have been living at my rental property with Yellowtail Ventures since mid-April and I must say-it is one of the best, most well-managed properties I have ever lived. Because I was the first renter at this particular unit, there were a couple minute wrinkles to be ironed out upon my move-in (items like a small ceiling leak, or an outlet plate needing a new scew) and the response to these issues has always been consistently prompt (like within-minutes prompt). The property itself is incredibly nice, with custom finishings throughout that you do not typically find in a rental property. You can tell the landlords take a great deal of pride in their properties and in building and maintaining great relationships with their tenants. I will be happy to rent with Deb and Lloyd at Yellowtail for as long as they will have me!

When we went to look at the home, before renting, it was spotless with all maintenance completed.
